Alors que nous vivons une situation exceptionnelle et difficile, que les personnels de l’éducation ne comptent pas leurs heures pour maintenir le lien avec les élèves et les familles, révélant d’ailleurs au passage un manque cruel de personnels et de moyens, J-M Blanquer opte pour des moyens plus qu’étranges pour favoriser le suivi pédagogique…

Un arrêté publié au Journal officiel (https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000041789706&categorieLien=id&fbclid=IwAR1nXiz4kMtMA-84YOgjrKElRc4WOabwrSZ1D7O3tNJ7dY1CYdkbPeED_YU) autorise l’Éducation nationale à “acquérir et détenir des matraques de type bâton de défense ou tonfa, matraques télescopiques ou tonfas téléscopiques, relevant de la catégorie D”. Autrement dit, J-M Blanquer arme ses équipes mobiles de sécurité (EMS), qui deviennent de facto les CRS de l’Éducation nationale.

J-M Blanquer se prépare-t-il à être violemment contesté après le confinement par l’ensemble des personnels de l’Éducation nationale et les élèves ?

Cet armement nous fait craindre une accentuation de la dérive totalitaire de ce ministre et de ses sbires qui usent sans vergogne de la répression. Exit donc leur rôle “éducatif”, qui ne trompait d’ailleurs plus grand monde…Ces derniers mois, les EMS avaient en effet été largement mis à contribution pour réprimer la contestation des lycéen.nes et des enseignants.es. mobilisés contre la réforme du lycée. On avait alors juger de leurs méthodes, qui n’avaient presque rien à envier à leurs cousins en uniforme bleu marine, excepté l’armement. Un “oubli” réparé par J-M Blanquer, qui complète sa panoplie du ministre le plus autoritariste et droitier que l’ont ait connu depuis longtemps dans l’Éducation.

Pour l’instant, il est prévu que cette mesure ne s’applique qu’à Mayotte : ce qui, d’une point de vue symbolique, est encore pire ! Cela ne fait que confirmer que la France mène sur ce territoire une politique résolument répressive et post-coloniale.

Plus que jamais, avec la crise sanitaire et scolaire que nous sommes en train de traverser, l’Éducation nationale a besoin de postes d’enseignants.es et d’assistants.es d’éducation, de moyens matériels et surement pas de matraques ! Pour Mayotte, comme pour ailleurs, il est grand temps de que J-M Blanquer parte, alors qu’il confond trop souvent son ministère avec celui de l’intérieur !
