Gérard Philippe et Ambroise Brugière mobilisés !

Mardi 18 février.

Les personnels du collège Gérard Philippe et les personnels du lycée Ambroise Brugière, ont manifesté ensemble devant le Rectorat de Clermont-Ferrand.

Malgré de nombreux messages d’alerte envoyés au Rectorat quant à la dégradation des conditions de travail et la souffrance toujours plus grande des personnels au sein de ces deux établissements, le Recteur a refusé de recevoir une délégation des personnels  à l’occasion de ce rassemblement. Ce refus, totalement incompréhensible, témoigne, une nouvelle fois, du mépris affiché par le Rectorat en direction de nos collègues qui se battent, depuis plusieurs mois, pour l’obtention de moyens supplémentaires, pour un meilleur service public d’éducation dans l’intérêt des personnels et des élèves des deux établissements.

Ce mercredi 19 février, de nombreux collègues des deux établissements restaient en grève et déterminés à se faire entendre. Ils prendront part, en nombre, à la manifestation interprofessionnelle qui aura lieu ce jeudi 20 février dans les rues de Clermont contre la réforme des retraites, manifestation qui sera aussi l’occasion de porter leurs revendications quant à la situation alarmante au sein de ces deux établissements.

La CGT Éducation apporte tout son soutien aux collègues des deux établissements et continuera d’être à leur côté dans la lutte qu’ils mènent aujourd’hui. Stop au mépris !

Les personnels en grève du Collège Gérard Philippe de Clermont-Ferrand et les personnels du Lycée Ambroise Brugière exerçant leur droit de retrait ce mardi 18 février, se sentent méprisés après le refus du recteur de recevoir une délégation, au prétexte que la demande n’avait pas été formalisée. De multiples courriers lui ont pourtant été adressés : quel mépris d’opposer une porte close aux personnels en souffrance qui défendent le service public et le bien des élèves. Avec le soutien des Organisations syndicales du Puy-de-Dôme SNES, CGT, SUD, CNT et des parents d’élèves.
