Conformément à l’article 6 du Décret n° 2016-151 du 11 février 2016 qui dispose que : “Les agents exerçant leurs fonctions en télétravail bénéficient des mêmes droits et obligations que les agents exerçant sur leur lieu d’affectation. L’employeur prend en charge les coûts découlant directement de l’exercice des fonctions en télétravail, notamment le coût des matériels, logiciels, abonnements, communications et outils ainsi que de la maintenance de ceux-ci.”,

je vous demande le remboursement des frais suivants qui ont découlé de mon passage au télétravail à compter du (préciser la date) jusqu’au (préciser la date), dans le cadre de l’épidémie de Covid-19 :

(Lister les frais engagés, et le montant total)

– Frais de connexion(abonnement et consommation électricité – comparatif de période à période le cas échéant-, abonnement et consommation fibre/téléphone)

– Frais de matériel informatique (ordinateur, imprimante, consommables)

– Frais de maintenance des équipements

– Du 16 mars 2020 au 6 mai 2020, frais de location d’un bureau dédié au télétravail (au prorata du loyer et des frais de chauffage pour la pièce affectée)

Je vous demande de bien vouloir me régler ces frais sans délai, et vous prie de considérer la présente, conformément à la jurisprudence, comme une sommation de payer, faisant courir les intérêts légaux.
