Monsieur le Recteur de l’Académie de Clermont-Ferrand

Les organisations réunies ce jour souhaitent pouvoir vous rencontrer très rapidement sur la question des contrats de travail des Aesh ainsi que des modalités de remboursement des frais de transport et de repas.

Beaucoup d’Aesh s’interrogent et sur les choix opérés par notre académie pour définir la quotité horaire hebdomadaire et le pourcentage lié au regard de la circulaire qui est très claire à ce sujet.

Pour illustrer concrètement prenons l’exemple d’un contrat à 24H hebdomadaire auquel correspond un temps de travail de 60% selon les règles établies par l’académie de Clermont-Ferrand. Or cela n’est pas juste car cela représente 23H31 soit un différentiel de 29mn hebdomadaire. La plupart des académies ont fait le choix d’arrondir au supérieur, soit dans ce cas précis 62%.

De plus nous voudrions échanger afin de trouver une solution sur les remboursements de frais de transport et de repas qui n’arrivent que trop tardivement et parfois pour des sommes importantes qui peuvent aller jusqu’à deux salaires. Les trajets sont importants dans nos zones rurales.

Des précisions rapides seraient également souhaitables sur les AESH référents – nomination ou candidature, modalités de mise en place …- annoncés dans le cadre des PIAL.

 

Et enfin, il semblerait que l’établissement gestionnaire Sidoine Apollinaire soit dans l’incapacité de pouvoir procéder au paiement des salaires à la fin du mois de septembre. Merci de nous éclairer sur ce point.
