Les organisations syndicales CGT Éduc’action, FAEN, FNEC-FP-FO, FSU, SUD éducation se félicitent de l’importance des mobilisations pour le retrait du projet de réforme des retraites du gouvernement. Le soutien de la population au mouvement social s’amplifie, des initiatives unitaires sont prises sur tout le territoire, les journées de grèves et de manifestations du vendredi 24 et du mercredi 29 janvier ont encore rassemblé des centaines de milliers de personnes. Les mobilisations de femmes ont mis en avant qu’elles seraient bien les grandes perdantes de cette réforme qu’elles rejettent massivement. C’est la preuve d’un rejet massif des propositions portées par le Gouvernement.

L’avis du Conseil d’État est un désaveu cinglant à la stratégie gouvernementale et confirme que cette réforme est décidément injuste et dangereuse. Il confirme nos analyses d’une réforme qui méprise les formes réglementaires et législatives et, sur le fond, fait ressortir le flou du projet. Dans notre secteur, la « revalorisation » proposée par le ministre Blanquer dans le cadre de la réforme des retraites apparaît comme un marché de dupes. Le Conseil d’État déclare au sujet de cette prétendue “garantie” qu’elle est condamnée à disparaître du texte car « ces dispositions constituent une injonction au gouvernement de déposer un projet de loi et sont ainsi contraires à la Constitution ». Nos organisations demandent d’ouvrir de réelles négociations sans préalable pour des augmentations de salaire sans contrepartie et concernant tous les personnels.

Au lendemain de l’ouverture de la « conférence des financeurs », nos organisations syndicales réaffirment leurs propositions d’augmentation des recettes des régimes de retraites, qui passent par une meilleure répartition des richesses créées par le travail des salarié-es.

Une mobilisation historique par sa force et sa durée, le soutien sans faille de l’opinion publique, l’avis du Conseil d’État : le projet de réforme des retraites n’a jamais été si fragile. 

Les organisations CGT Éduc’action, FAEN, FNEC-FP-FO, FSU, SUD éducation, appellent l’ensemble des personnels de l’éducation à poursuivre et à amplifier, dans tous les secteurs, la mobilisation dès maintenant et tout au long du débat parlementaire qui s’ouvre la semaine prochaine par des actions diversifiées : rassemblements, retraites aux flambeaux, dépôts d’outils symboliques des métiers, etc. Il n’y aura pas de trêve. Des actions de mobilisation sont déjà prévues la semaine prochaine. Le 5 février, les organisations soutiennent l’initiative de mobilisation des organisations de jeunesse et encouragent à construire des initiatives locales et diversifiées. Les organisations syndicales CGT Éduc’action, FAEN, FNEC-FP-FO, FSU, SUD éducation appellent à réunir les personnels notamment par la tenue d’assemblées générales pour continuer et amplifier encore la mobilisation afin d’obtenir le retrait de ce projet.

Elles appellent à faire du jeudi 6 février une nouvelle journée interprofessionnelle de grève et de manifestations à l’occasion du début des travaux de la commission spéciale de l’Assemblée Nationale. Elles appellent à interpeller les parlementaires. Elles mettent en perspective des actions de mobilisation notamment la semaine d’ouverture des travaux à l’Assemblée Nationale et tout au long des débats parlementaires.
