49.3 : refusons le passage en force inacceptable

Au détour d’un conseil des ministres extraordinaire organisé un samedi censé être dédié à la crise du coronavirus, le gouvernement a fait le choix de déclencher l’article 49.3. Face à cette volonté de faire passer en force le projet de réforme Macron, la colère chez les travailleurs et travailleuses est encore montée d’un cran.

L’intersyndicale interprofessionnelle, réunie ce matin, a décidé d’organiser des rassemblements dès aujourd’hui et des manifestations devant les préfectures et sous-préfectures demain, mardi 3 mars, à l’occasion du débat sur les motions de censure déposées par l’opposition.

La CGT appelle à faire de ce mardi une grève interprofessionnelle massive.

Ce passage en force du gouvernement ne peut pas rester sans réponse.

C’est pourquoi, la CGT Éduc’action appelle l’ensemble des personnels du ministère de l’éducation qui le peuvent, à se mettre en grève le mardi 3 mars.

Cette semaine, les manifestations du 8 mars ainsi que la journée de grève dans l’enseignement supérieur et la recherche du jeudi 5 mars sont ancrées dans le calendrier de lutte.

La CGT Éduc’action appelle également à l’organisation d’assemblées générales partout pour débattre des modalités d’action à mettre en œuvre, comme, par exemple, rejoindre l’enseignement supérieur le 5 mars, en réponse au coup de force du gouvernement.
